For Sale: 1971 Chevrolet Corvette Stingray in Denver, Colorado for sale in Denver, CO
Vehicle Description Turn heads in this beautiful Corvette Stingray and one of the last of an era! This 1971 Corvette has the front and rear chrome bumpers, t-tops, power windows, power steering and removable rear window.
Engine is 350 and automatic transmission.
The car is black on black (not original option for this year) and the all black sets it apart from the rest.
Interior is beautiful and kept clean with nice leather seats and immaculate carpet.
Engine has been rebuilt but is stock for this year Corvette but it is not a numbers matching car.
Recently had $2,500 of tune ups done by a professional mechanic:
rejetted carb, valve cover gaskets, spark plugs, dwell/timing, rebuilt radiator with new hoses, new canisters for vacuum headlights, new fuel lines.
I've had this car for 21 years and it has not been neglected:
lives in a garage, started at least once a month, regular oil changes, etc.
This car will need a new paint job.
From 15 feet away looks stunning but has some scratches, spider cracks, and minor paint chips.
It does not have body damage and is accident free.
Because these cars are getting more and more rare it took some research to get a good price comparison.
Honestly, if it weren't for the paint, it would stand next to the $40k sales.
I've had this car for some time now but never drive it anymore and have made the tough decision to sell it.
These older Corvette Stingrays are getting more and more rare and I get at least a handful of thumbs ups every time I drive it.
The sound of the older muscle cars cannot be beat! The great thing about this car is it could either be restored or have some minor things fixed and then driven and enjoyed! Contact Jon:
