This home is in the up-and-coming Globeville neighborhood, conveniently located within a half mile from both I-70 and I-25, public transportation, as well as the Platte River bike trail. Natural Grocers is less than a mile away, and various dining establishments are within a 1/4 mile walking distance, including Prodigy Coffeehouse, Fort Greene (cocktails, gastropub), Globe Hall (live music and BBQ), Emmanuel's Bakery (authentic Mexican food and convenience store), and McDonalds. Downtown Denver is only 3 miles away. The location is fantastic! We are looking to rent the home to a clean, responsible party who will take care of the home and garden as we did when we lived there. There are no roaches and no rodents in the house, and we'd like to keep it that way! No smoking (of any kind) indoors. If you enjoy yard work and want to do weekly lawn mowing and weeding, there is a $50/month discount on rent May-September. Otherwise, we will pay for a lawn service. One cat is allowed. Pet security deposit is an extra $300 and pet rent is $30/month. No application fee if you apply through Zillow (just pay Zillow once and you can submit your application to multiple landlords for 30 days).
