Turn right (north) on Irving and go one block to Conejos. You can't miss the bright red duplex on the northeast corner of Conejos and Hooker. The unit on the south side (closest to the storage shed) is the side of the duplex that's currently available to rent. Cute, clean, off street parking, very convenient location and affordable. Each side of the duplex also has a separate space by their unit to have outside patio furniture.
