The ideal tenant would be between the ages of 55 - 70 who is active and health conscious, however I am open to hearing from you if you are out of this age range, healthy and of sound mind. This past few years has put everyone into a tail wind with "are you vaxed or not?" Unfortunately the cause of great division. I would prefer to share my home with a non-vaxed woman who is spiritual, takes good care of her health and believes that holistic health does keep your immune system strong, and if you are vaxed that you still are on top of your health. Short term stay would be okay. Suggested 3-6-month lease or one year, negotiable. Drug free environment. Reasonable social drinking okay. If you drink and drive daily, this is not the house for you.
