My home is just minutes to popular Highlands/Berkeley shopping, restaurants (tennyson st), coffee shops, Regis University, Willis Case golf course, parks and public transportation. It's an easy commute to downtown, I-70 and the mountains. The floor plan is very open, and the house gets a lot of natural sunlight. - Off street parking -Back yard (7K sq. ft lot) -1,448 sq. ft house - I would consider a well-behaved dog - Water - Refrigerator - Air conditioner / Heating - Garbage Disposal - Laundry -Electricity -Gas The room is available March 15, 2024 - so I am ideally looking for a lease that starts mid/end of March. The move in date can be flexible. Rent is 1800/month (before utilities which we will split). I am open to a year long lease or a short term situation. I am looking for a roommate who is respectful, communicates openly, and keeps common areas clean. There is no smoking/vaping (420 friendly outside only). A little about me: I am 27 years old and originally from New York. I was a collegiate runner and love outdoor activities. I am currently working as Managing Director at IBM (I work remotely but generally travel every week for work).
