I am looking for another roommate to add to my beautiful home in south Thornton! This room is available immediately! The room is pictured, the bathroom is shared. The room will be unfurnished. There is a monthly professional cleaning of all the common areas, including shared bathrooms. All utilities and cleanings are included! The home has two refrigerators and most of the kitchen items are shared among the roommates. If you don't have much to bring with you, don't worry. We have you covered. I am looking for another young professional to join our home! I know how hard it is to find safe / spacious / affordable housing in Denver so I'm hoping I can find another person that vibes with the house. Right now we have master students, healthcare, technology and accounting and engineering professional women living in the home ages ranging from 20-30. It is an extremely supportive, quiet, and respectful space! :) I have a dog who lives in the house. She doesn't jump or bark and just loves to be cuddled by all the roommates so she will love any attention you want to give her! I am not looking to add any other pets at this time.
