My husband and I are looking for a roommate in our house in the Baker neighborhood. $980 including utilities. Start date would be December 1st and we prefer to do year long leases, but are flexible. Open to any gender. No dogs please, but would be open to a cat if it gets along with our two! A little about the house/your space: It's a single family home in the Baker neighborhood with great transit, biking, and driving connections. The house is walking distance to Denver Health, if you work there. Common spaces (kitchen, living room, laundry room, both bathrooms, back patio) would be shared with us. I've included a few photos of the room with our current roommate's stuff in it and one with it empty. The room will not be furnished upon move in. We do not have a garage, but you can always find a spot on the street.
