It's available for single occupancy only, no pets, no cigarette smokers. All individuals in the home are growth minded, clean, quiet and respectful. The house is also fully furnished and has a fire pit and flat top grill out back, work out equipment and a nice hang out spot down stairs for movies and game nights. We are close to Belmar, a few amazing parks, and 15 minutes from downtown. We are willing to sign a 12 month discounted lease after a 3 month trial period.
