Assisted them with education on new products offered support for events. Traveled to Accounts out of state each month to replenish inventory and assist with events to help generate revenue. While in office i assissted customers over the phone by placing their orders and packaging them to ship. Managed account invoices, called accounts to collect payment on invoices that were due. Created training packets for accounts and their clients to educate on benefits of the makeup and skincare. I made I outbond calls/cold sales to salons, spas, dermatologists and plastic surgeon offices out of state. Set appointments with new accounts and set travel arrangements accordingly.
