Summary:
The Middle School Youth Pastor is responsible for supporting the ministry that reaches and develops grades 6th - 8th towards the overall mission of becoming passionate devoted followers of Christ.
Working together with the Platt Park Church families, staff, and various volunteers, this individual will assist in the the spiritual formation of children and families in the areas of faith sharing, serving, transformation, community and worship.
Key
Responsibilities:
Plan, implement and lead the Youth Ministry classroom(s) during Sunday 10:
30am service Reach out to individual students on a weekly basis via social media, phone, email or personal connection Plan, implement and lead monthly youth activities outside of the Sunday class Communicate and inspire others toward the vision and strategy of youth ministry at Platt Park Church Plan and coordinate volunteer staffing, as necessary Line up curriculum and volunteer staff on weeks when you are gone Attend weekly Platt Park Church Staff meeting from 9:
30-11 Tuesdays.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
