The IPC Eagle Regional Managers responsibilities is to develop the sales growth of IPC Eagle products through distributors, direct customers, and the management of the IPC Eagle independent manufacturer representatives in their assigned regional territories as agreed upon in the IPC Eagle manufacturer representative agreement.

The regional manager will be responsible but not limited to the following sales activities:

  • Minimum 7-10 overnights a month in assigned territory but not limited to (Depending on region)
  • Monthly workdays with each manufacturer representative or workdays in each assigned territory.
  • Performing sales information meetings on all IPC Eagle products.
  • Follow up and management of all leads in region and maintaining CRM with up-to-date information.
  • Perform sales demonstrations & sales meetings with manufacturer representatives, distributors, DSR, end users, direct national accounts, BSC and all other demonstrations/sales meetings as requested by IPC Eagle.
  • Must be able to load, secure, and unload demonstration equipment as well as safely operate a vehicle and trailer in transporting equipment. Responsible for managing and maintaining consignment equipment for both personal and manufacturer rep stock.
  • Develop with the manufacturer representative a strategic sales plan for each territory to meet the monthly, quarterly, yearly sales goals and initiatives as stated by IPC Eagle. The plan is to be submitted to the VP of sales of IPC Eagle by December 15th of the fiscal year prior to the following fiscal year start date of January 1st. The business plan will be approved by the VP of sales or approved IPC Eagle management member before implementation may occur.
  • Develop all channels of distribution as requested by IPC Eagle to include, but not limited to, Jan/san, industrial dealers, health care, hospitality, government, education, BSC providers.
  • The regional manager will follow all current IPC Eagle sales guidelines and policies in the development of these accounts. All accounts must be approved by an IPC Eagle management member prior to the selling of the IPC Eagle products.

  • The regional sales manager will be responsible for the development of the following sales segments directly but not limited to.
  • National and strategic accounts as determined by IPC Eagle
  • BSC providers on a local and national level as determined by IPC Eagle
  • IPC Eagle current national accounts and IPC Eagle customers who have been approved for direct sales status.
  • Any and all sales channels IPC Eagle approves for direct sales status
  • The regional manager will work with and develop these accounts with the VP of sales or an approved IPC Eagle management member. The regional manager will follow current IPC Eagle policies and guidelines associated in the development of these accounts with prior approval from an IPC approved management member.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
