Manager - Dispatch/Trainee

DH Pace Company of Denver, aspires to hire a customer focused and motivated Manager who will join our Commercial Service Department. You will be a proficient user of software and systems. You will be a team player, with strong reasoning skills and the ability to clearly and professionally communicate with drivers, customers and co-workers.? You will schedule technicians/ installers in an efficient manner and ensure completions are met by specified date.


Primary Job Responsibilities:



  • Will learn to effectively manage employee performance, control labor and material costs and ensure service levels meet customer expectations.

  • Dispatch technicians to customer job sites for installation needs and track jobs for completion to customers? satisfaction.?

  • Perform employee performance reviews, document performance issues, provide necessary employee counseling with targeted improvement action plans.

Job Requirements:?



  • Good computer skills

  • Adaptable to change and a good multi-tasker.

  • Must have excellent communication and organizational skills and a good mechanical aptitude

  • Transportation, Restaurant, Retail or Service (such as HVAC, Plumbing or Electrical) industry experience a plus

  • Ability to effectively communicate with the customer and represent the company in a professional manner

  • Proficient user of software and systems

  • Bachelor?s Degree?or three (3) to five (5) years managerial experience is preferred.

  • Must have a valid driver?s license

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
