Statera is looking for a consultative Business Development Executive with experience selling strategic cloud implementation solutions. This role is ideal for a seasoned services sales executive with demonstrated results selling complex consulting solutions. The perfect candidate will also have strong business acumen, and an in-depth understanding of customer experience/customer lifecycle management. Our clients see our account executives and our firm as their trusted advisors, helping them navigate the cloud.

Responsibilities
Cultivate leads, uncover and qualify opportunities, and successfully forecast and close sales within targeted territory
Deliver strategic territory, account, pursuit, and meeting planning to drive quota attainment
Build and maintain excellent relationships/partnerships with key decision makers in account base
Engage Enterprise and Mid-market companies, leading discussions around business process
Work collaboratively with delivery leadership to craft and sell innovative solutions to new and existing accounts
Lead executive solution sessions, demonstrating a clear understanding of client pain points
Develop and maintain partner relationships in region
Required Skills
BA, BS degree minimum
2
years of experience selling professional services or cloud solutions
Commitment to client satisfaction and ability to build long-term advisory relationships
Strong functional understanding of Salesforce.com and Cloud applications
Solid understanding of business processes and their automation through technology
Strong written and oral communications skills, with the ability to paint a vision of how we deliver value
Disciplined work ethic and fierce competitive spirit
Proven track record of surpassing sales goals, with strong client references
Some travel may be required.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
