Job Description
POSITION OVERVIEW
As the Technical Business Analyst, you will be an integral contributor to the end-to-end technical planning, execution and delivery of assigned projects for the Intrawest Resort Applications team. You will work closely with the Senior Business Analyst to develop and align tactical roadmap activity. You will define, review, communicate and execute of business requirements, user stories and acceptance criteria. You will develop and maintain a groomed product backlog. This role will leverage your inter-personal communication abilities, analytic mindset and business understanding of mountain adventure industry. You will interact routinely with our development team and partners, and our operations teams at the resorts.
We will rely on your skills and experience across product management, project management and business analysis domains. You should have a proven record of delivering projects across business units, a deep understanding of business challenges versus business needs, recognition of constraints, and the ability to be the champion of their projects.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Act as technical consultant to business teams, especially during planning phases.
Contribute to roadmap and enterprise system design & deployment.
Establish project plans supporting business objectives and timelines.
Provide regular updates of status, risk and plan for technical efforts underway.
Maintain a prioritized backlog of epics and stories, and assist with UAT.
Agree to deliverables with team resources, establish plan for delivery and manage execution.
Coordinate timelines and resources.
Deliver technology solutions materially achieving business objectives.
Establish plan, coordination and process for managing go-live and post go-live activities.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
Education:
Post secondary degree
Experience:
3
years of project management experience.
5
years in technology, in development, deployment and consulting practices
Demonstrated success in managing multiple projects
Demonstrated understanding of project scope, schedule and quality management; demonstrated experience with project change management.
Leadership of project issue, risk and conflict resolution.
Demonstrated experience of working with multiple vendors and managing the vendors' tasks and deliverables.
Experience managing software development projects.
SDLC knowledge including requirements, design, implementation, development, system and integration testing, user acceptance testing, documentation, training, and support.
Experience with the following technologies is a plus: Salesforce; Heroku and Heroku Connect; Postgres; Microsoft Azure Service Bus, DocumentDB, and SQL Server; ski industry point of sale.
Understanding of Ski Industry Resort operations preferred.
SKILL AND ABILITY REQUIREMENTS
Skills & Abilities:
Superior ability to manage short- and long-term projects simultaneously
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Demonstrated problem solving and issue resolution.
Strong knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite, specifically Project, Excel, Word, and Visio.
Strong understanding of relational databases and experience with SQL Management Studio.
Ability to work in a team environment as well as independently

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
