Project Management Supervisor
Integer is seeking a Project Management Supervisor in our Denver, CO agency to lead project management and business operations across a select group of agency accounts. This role reports to the Director of Agency PMO & Business Operations, includes project management responsibilities on specific accounts and manages a small team of PM direct reports. The Supervisor is expected to partner closely with Account, Creative, Finance and all internal departments to drive operational success on the accounts they are assigned.
We are looking for a confident, resourceful Supervisor, possessing strong communication, organizational, interpersonal and leadership skills. The position requires the ability to create and optimize processes, implement best practices, manage jobs and financials, and a proven PM track record on agency teams and businesses. They will have a hand in all phases of the agency-client workflow; such as input on scope of work, estimating, trafficking, and leading the production process through completion.
The ideal candidate will bring a combination of project management and client-facing account management/account operations experience in an agency environment. We're looking for basic knowledge of print production, point of sale, packaging, video, digital, and social marketing work. Key attributes include an entrepreneurial spirit and a collaborative, agnostic approach to ensuring agency success.
Responsibilities
Deliver effective Project Management and Operations Leadership on specific accounts
Supervisory responsibilities for a team of 3-6 Project Managers
Help define and refine workflow processes with an eye to continuous improvement
Drive process alignment and accountability across their teams
Hold their businesses to a high standard of Project Management discipline and best practices
Be responsible for regular checks and balances to ensure consistent team performance
Partner with direct reports and finance to ensure consistent oversight of estimating, tracking, reconciliation, and billing
Partner closely with Art Production Services, Design, Digital and Content Production teams to ensure work is delivered successfully
Become a champion of our work management platform, taking an active, ongoing role in adoption and continuous enhancement on their businesses
Qualifications
5
years of agency experience in project management and/or account operations capacity
Experience with digital workflow management systems (Workfront a plus)
Proven organizational skills, high attention to detail and the ability to juggle multiple priorities at once
Demonstrable leadership, interpersonal and communication abilities
Experience managing a small team of direct reports while also being a PM on client work
Ability to excel in a fast paced environment with ambitious schedules and eccentric personalities flexibility and a good sense of humor is a must
