Hazardous Waste Program Manager

This role will require 50% travel across region CO, MT, WY, ID, UT, AZ
Job Description:
The Hazardous Waste Program Manager is responsible to grow, maintain, and coordinate existing HHW programs within an assigned Region.
Ensures Health and Safety is the number one goal by following policies, processes, and acting in a safe manner at all times.
Resolve job related issues such as billing, collections, customer issues and post-job follow-up.
Coordinate all aspects of HHW collection events
Meet with customers to proactively resolve customer issues or complaints; Maintain satisfactory customer relationships
Determine adequacy of present levels of service and recommends service adjustments or corrective action during customer service calls.
Assist Technical Service General Manager in ensuring that billing goals are being met.
Act as a liaison between sales and operations, bridging the gap between how the job was sold and how the job should be executed.
Review accounts receivable reports weekly and make collection calls when necessary.
Develop strategies to maximize pricing and profitability for all business lines
Develop work order information for jobs they sold and clearly communicates job needs to the CleanPack or Logistics Coordinator.
Ensure current contracts and purchase orders are in place prior to job execution
Kick-off jobs with field personnel and ensure proper job execution
Performs other duties and tasks as assigned from time to time by management and will be required by the needs of the Clean Harbors business
Education/Knowledge:
High school Diploma required
Bachelor's degree preferred

year's financial management, logistics or sales experience (required).
3
years supervisory experience (required).
5
years industry experience (strongly preferred).
Competencies:
Working knowledge of environmental statutes and regulations, business development, revenue enhancement and market penetration (required).
PC skills (preferred)
Excellent interpersonal, presentation and communications skills
Customer Service orientated.
Working understanding of operations
Physical requirements:
Requires sitting, speaking and listening
Requires grasping and reaching
Requires, standing, walking, stooping and crouching
May need to lift pull and /or push and carry up to 10 lbs
