VP National Sales (Nationwide)

The Vice President is responsible for the identification of leads making prospective assessments and selling LenderLive Settlement Services (LLSS) products and services. The Vice President can participate in the LenderLive (LLN) Sales Incentive Program by selling LLN Fulfillment Services. These services shall be provided to Credit Unions, Banks, Mortgage Companies, Loan Servicers and other prospective clients interested in utilizing the services.
Essential Functions
Identify Prospective Clients (Credit Unions, Banks, Mortgage Bankers, Brokers, Loan Services).
Responsible to develop and maintain an ongoing effective and efficient way for our client and LLN to communicate.
Solicit prospective clients using variety of technology, marketing and media (mail, telephone, Webinars, Conferences, travel).
Employ the use of phone prospecting and webinars, as well as, client site visits and LLSS/LLN onsite visits in the effort to solicit new clients to the one of our platforms.
Provide presentations and demonstrations of LenderLive Services explaining history, services and technology.
Prepare and deliver Proposals/Statements of Work (SOW) to Client that incorporate determined needs according to approval and recommendation process.
Assist in the early meetings as needed in the implementation of new clients.
Negotiate with client about offerings.
Provide diligent effort in all things necessary to have the client enter into and sign the Services Agreement, discussing and responding to client concerns and questions.
Coordinate and assist the Client after signing, to ensure a seamless and successful launch.
Observe the process environment to ensure that it is scalable and flexible to support the client's business needs as identified in the agreement with LLSS/LLN.
Assist the Project Manager, Channel Manager and Subject Matter Expert in the successful implementation of the Agreement to Launch.
Monitor the client application volume and ongoing assistance.
Advise the client as needed in generally accepted origination practices that will help the client meet or exceed the agreed upon loan volume forecasts.
Assist with production, operations, weekly and monthly meetings, and committee meetings.
Perform contract change management functions by proposing and reviewing contract, and referring contract change agreements to the Executive Committee for review and approval.
Document business requirements
Develop agenda for and conduct cooperative strategy and joint planning meetings
Identify areas for improvement and communicate to client and LLSS/LLN management.
Cross-sell LLN services by recommending solutions that would meet client needs
Ensure that accurate monthly invoices for services are produced and distributed as required by the agreement
Proven multi-discipline experience in the mortgage industry
Escalate and assist billing disputes
Follow-up on action items resulting from, and agreed to, during quarterly/annual management review meetings
Maintain a vendor client relationship that fosters an environment of client satisfaction.
Ability to meet deadlines and negotiate multiple client projects simultaneously
Thorough understanding of metrics/LLN systems that support the client and LLN
Demonstrate a complete understanding of LLSS/LLN technology, processes and procedures.

Qualifications
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Business or Finance. Equivalent experience and education considered.
Experience:
Ten (10) or more years Title / Mortgage /Vendor Management experience, or relevant progressive experience in sales, sales management and business administration.
Previous prospecting and sales experience required
Contract negotiation skills required
Previous project implementation experience required
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
Strong problem solving sales, negotiation and client management skills.
Adept at critical thinking, team building and presentation skills
Ability to coordinate and delegate
Self-Starter with determined initiative and a drive for strong results

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
