Your Role:
To continue with our success and to take it to the next level we are looking for a strategic & technical Marketing Automation Manager.
You will be responsible for designing, managing & executing demand generation campaigns that are part of a broader multi-channel campaigns for our clients. At HG we strive to Wow Every Customer.
You will create best practices by testing & iterating to find the right mix of marketing strategies & tactics for our hospital & health system clients.
You will strive to understand our clients' needs & objectives and create insight driven strategies.
You will collaborate with both our external & internal clients to Own the pilots for the new Healthgrades Marketing Automation Services.
You will be responsible for project management of campaigns to ensure we deliver to our clients on time, on budget and on scope.
What You Need to Succeed:
We are a company that is changing the game. To do that, we need the best. You will have a minimum of 5 years in campaign marketing/marketing automation.
You Own It. When you see a problem, you move to solve it.
You love Eloqua. You are an expert user.
You obsess about measurement and ROI. You ensure that tactics are measurable so that you can continue to refine and optimize.
Your background could be in a B2B Corporation or a MarCom Consulting firm or an agency that focused on the B2B market.
You've got excellent communication skills & consult with our internal and client teams about complex strategies & concepts.
Travel-up to 30% travel (nationwide-airport travel)
