Primary
Responsibilities:
The Internet Manager is expected to:
Protect the legal, financial and moral well-being of the Larry H. Miller Companies dealerships;
Oversee, manage and direct all operations of the Internet Sales Department to achieve maximum production, company objectives, while controlling expenses and obtaining profit objectives.
Teach, train and motivate Internet Sales Department employees to successfully perform their daily tasks.
Implement Internet processes incorporating state-of-the-art technology trends and electronic customer buying trends;
Be a teacher to support the efforts of other employees to be successful.
Seek ways to improve business operations efficiencies and customer service.
1. Maximum production, customer service and profitability.
Manage the Internet Sales Department employees to achieve company sales goals, customer service satisfaction standards and ensure profitability goals are commensurate with company standards.
Ensure the Larry H. Miller sales process is followed to achieve vehicle sales.
Oversee the operational viability of the dealership website to maximize customer lead generation and adhere to franchise standards.
Manage all third party lead sources to ensure a positive return on investment, including distribution and reporting analysis.
Achieve dealership market position by staying current on customer electronic media buying trends.
Perform all other job duties as requested by management.
2. Management Reporting and Expense Control.
Prepare, monitor, evaluate and communicate strategic reports to dealership management detailing sales and profitability of the department.
Assess technology requirements and market conditions to ensure the dealership is positioned to maximize its investment.
3. Develop Employees.
Effectively recruit, hire, train and manage qualified team members to ensure best practices and processes are achieved.
Maintain accurate job descriptions and communicate expectations with employees.
Communicate and enforce dealership policies and procedures.
Be supportive, provide open work atmosphere that promotes teamwork and creativity.
Conduct annual performance evaluations of staff.
4. Operate with integrity.
Demand the highest ethical standards from self and others.
Set an example of positive attitude and professionalism, including a neat, orderly and safe work environment.
Resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.
Job
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent, preferred.
3
years of Retail Sales Management or equivalent experience.
Proficient knowledge of Larry H. Miller Group's current company management systems.
Automotive retail sales and/or desking experience is desired
Good organization skills.
Maintain valid driver's license and MVR within company policy requirements.
Professional communication skills;
Active listening skills- taking the time to understand the points being made by employees and customers
Previous management experience preferred
Ability to lead, take charge, and offer direction
Critical thinking- using logic to weigh various approaches to resolve problems
Negotiation- bringing employees or customers together to reconcile differences
Establish and maintain interpersonal relationships to have constructive and cooperative working relationships
Coordinate the work activities of employees

Customer Service
Be service oriented and actively looking for ways to help
Represent the company to all employees and customers in all communications
Detail oriented.
Physical Requirements:
Work performed in a dealership setting due to the necessity to supervise and mentor employees as well as work in-person with customers as they arrive at the dealership.
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is exposed to weather conditions precedent at that time.
Regularly required to sit, stand, bend, reach, talk, hear, use hands and fingers and move about facilities.
Required vision include close vision, distance vision and the ability to adjust focus.
Required to operate equipment and move vehicles in a safe manner at all times.
Perform other duties as required.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
