Position Overview:

We have an immediate need for Senior Lead Product Manager, contributing to a Product Marketing team focused on defining/developing broadband value-add products and services that will drive Consumer growth and revenue.

This position will be the primary lead, and responsible for researching, developing, launching and successfully optimizing services and applications that brings additional value to our core broadband services

Job
Responsibilities:

  • Interacts and drives programs across all marketing, product and sales support functions, requiring leadership skills, communication skills and the ability to drive cross functional teams effectively
  • Owns the requirements process by working with internal and external stakeholders
  • Define and drive business cases and product roadmaps
  • Assist with identifying the most appropriate and profitable market segments for the portfolio and to implement a business plan to ensure maximum profitability
  • Works with the Sales team to ensure the promotion of the portfolio through all available appropriate channels
  • To achieve budgeted revenue & margin targets for the broadband portfolio
  • Work with engineering and development teams to create compelling customer experiences
  • Research and understand market dynamics of competing technology solutions; collaborate across the business unit to differentiate and respond to market dynamics
  • Collaborate to create reporting and metrics pertinent to the products
  • Coordinate across Product Management, Pricing, Channel Marketing, Database Marketing, Sales Support, Sales Operations and Go-To-Market teams to drive segment-specific initiatives.

Minimum
Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree and 6
    years of successful Product Management, Marketing, Sales, and Program Management, or related experience (4
    years with a Master's Degree)
  • Must be data driven in decision making and recommendations; with an ability to translate raw or spotty data into a recommendation that is able to be shared with senior management to influence the business
  • Strong communication skills, leadership, analytical and decision making skills; with an ability to present and interact with Directors and Vice Presidents in the Consumer organization
  • Experience and ability for P&L within the products the candidate manages
  • Must be highly driven, competitive and lead by example
  • Need to be flexible enough to play multiple positions, if needed
  • Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills a must
  • Ability to align resources to develop compelling business cases and value proposition
  • Must possess the ability to recognize business needs within varying organizations
  • Must be able to successfully communicate and collaborate with many diverse internal organization, as well as external vendors/partners
  • Ability to travel as business needs require (approx.
    5%-15%)

Preferred
Qualifications:

  • Established relationships with key decision-makers within each key market segment
  • Telecom and/or product development background a plus
  • MBA a plus
