.Net Developer ( Mid & Senior levels) Position Description CGI is seeking Mid and Senior .Net/Web developers to work with a public sector client in the greater Denver area. Candidates will work with our business analysis and technical teams to work on .Net, Front End Development, Responsive Design, JavaScript, HTML. Your future duties and responsibilities Develop web application using Visual Studio. Work effectively in a dynamic Agile/Scrum environment Create a web application that follows a responsive design patterns - transitions, modern design, HTML5 compliant. Design, develop and maintain applications based on business requirements Develop using approved technologies and following coding standards. Communicate with business analysts to gather accurate specifications for new enhancements. Translate requirements into functional code and business logic Raise/Escalate issues and provide status on an ongoing basis Strong written/verbal communication skills required Communicate and collaborate effectively with other team members and project leadership Work in a distributed team environment Required qualifications to be successful in this role 3-5 plus years of web development experience. Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment. Understanding of object-oriented design, MVC architecture, modern web application, and relational database design. Knowledge of .NET Framework and ability to work with C#, ASP.NET, Razor, WCF, MVC and ADO.NET. Knowledge of client-side technologies such as JavaScript, jQuery, Ajax, AngularJS, HTML5 and CSS. Experience working with relational databases - Oracle, SQL Server, etc. Experience using SQL with the ability to write SQL queries, stored procedures, functions and triggers. Experience using Microsoft Visual Studio. Experience using Team Foundation Server (TFS) for source control and build management Bachelor's degree. Computer Science degree strongly preferred. The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
