Job Description:
Designs, develops, documents, tests and debugs applications software and systems that contain logical and mathematical solutions. Conducts multidisciplinary research and collaborates with equipment designers and/or hardware engineers in the planning, design, development, and utilization of electronic data processing systems for product and commercial software. Determines computer user needs; analyzes system capabilities to resolve problems on program intent, output requirements, input data acquisition, programming techniques and controls; prepares operating instructions; designs and develops compilers and assemblers, utility programs, and operating systems. Ensures software standards are met.
Basic Requirements:
Bachelors degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Aerospace, or Electrical Engineering. Other technical degrees will be considered with emphasis on software development.
5 years experience in the software lifecycle processes including requirements, design, code, and documented testing.
Experience with C+
and Linux including working knowledge of KornShell or Bash
Preferred
Qualifications:
Experience with complex software systems.
Experience with some or all of the following: client-server systems, real-time operating system and tuning, debuggers, source code control, Makefiles, Linux scripting (Bash/Korn), software build troubleshooting, software test (unit, integration, and qualification).

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
