Job Description:
Author and distribute communications to the enterprise
Author, manage and support launch activity communications to the enterprise
Manage and support the IT Command Media updates in support of IT Operations including editing and authoring policies and procedures
Escalations and coordination of IT Operations activities within the IT organization
Support IT Operations audit compliance activities
Prepare and manage purchase requests and the purchasing life cycle as may be required in support of IT Operations
General and administrative duties as may be required.
Develops computer systems specifications that address business requirements and that fit with the company's system architecture standards. Establishes and documents system parameters and formats, ensures hardware and software systems compatibility and coordinates and/or modifies system parameters in terms of existing and projected computer capacity and capabilities. Revises existing systems and procedures to correct deficiencies and maintain more effective data handling, conversion, input/output requirements, and storage
Basic Requirements:
Bachelors degree
Strong critical writing skills (must be able to provide examples) and verbal communication skills.
Highly proficient with Microsoft Office suite of tools Word, Excel, PowerPoint
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple assignments and responsibilities
Strong critical thinking and problem resolution skills
Preferred
Qualifications:
Strong analytical and problem solving skills
Ability to effectively communicate complex concepts to project teams including business representatives and users
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite MS Project, Visio and SharePoint

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
