EXPERIENCED, RESPONSIBLE ASSISTANT MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN NEEDED FOR GREAT OPPORTUNITY IN DENVER
Our national multi-family management company seeks a hard-working, assistant maintenance technician with a Whatever it Takes attitude to join our Denver team.
Our ideal candidate must be a team player, energetic and have general maintenance experience. Mult-site apartment maintenance experience a plus. Plumbing, electrical and boiler experience preferred. Bilingual in Spanish a plus. Participation in the on-call rotation is required. High school diploma or equivalent required. Must have reliable transportation, a valid driver's license and be able to read, write and speak English.
Job responsibilities include:
Assisting in the overseeing of the physical property, general maintenance repairs, unit make ready, preventative maintenance and construction or rehabilitation projects for the apartment community.
Handling all maintenance related projects on property and grounds keeping and pool duties as needed.
Responding to on-call after hour emergencies.
