Job Description:
On-site District Manager Opportunity
Our national multi-family management company seeks an experienced, dynamic On-site District Manager to oversee fiscal accountability, market development and personnel management of a multi-property portfolio located in Glendale, Colorado.
Our ideal candidate must have 3-5 years of on-site property management/supervisory experience, excellent organizational and communication skills, flexibility, a successful track record, and a desire to work hard and exceed expectations. CAM, ARM certifications preferred. Knowledge of Microsoft Office required. Industry-related software proficiency preferred. Must have reliable transportation, a valid driver's license and must be able to read, write and speak English.
Job expectations include:
Supervising portfolio of several multi-family communities while operating out of a community office.
Interaction with owners and asset managers.
Budget preparation and adherence.
Oversight of properties': revenue generation, staff performance, resident relations, operation and market condition management, capital projects, policy enforcement, reporting, relationships with local and state agencies,
Assisting with special projects, including due diligence, property acquisition/disposition, participating in company-sponsored or sanctioned committees, functions, etc.
Knowledge or interior renovations and large capital projects a plus.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
