Job Description:
EXPERIENCED, DYNAMIC LEASING CONSULTANT NEEDED FOR GREAT OPPORTUNITY IN GLENDALE
Our national multi-family management company seeks a hard-working, outgoing leasing professional with a Whatever it Takes attitude to join our Glendale team.
Our ideal candidate must have at least six months of apartment leasing experience or equivalent customer service/sales experience or college degree. Candidate must be high-energy, a quick learner, self-motivated and a leader. Strong attention to detail and sales ability is a must. NALP and knowledge of Fair Housing Laws preferred. Knowledge of Microsoft Office required. Industry-related software proficiency such as Real Page is a plus. High school diploma or equivalent required. Must have reliable transportation, a valid driver's license and be able to read, write and speak English.
Job expectations include:
Leasing, marketing and maintaining positive resident relations
Assisting with special projects or activities, including but not limited to due diligence, property acquisition/disposition, serving on/or participating in company-sponsored activities, sanctioned committees, organizations, functions, etc.
May be assigned bookkeeping duties.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
