EXPERIENCED, DYNAMIC ASSISTANT PROPERTY MANAGER NEEDED FOR GREAT OPPORTUNITY IN GLENDALE
Our national multi-family management company seeks a hard-working, outgoing professional with a Whatever it Takes attitude to join our Glendale team.
Our ideal candidate must be an experienced multi-family professional with excellent attention to detail on basic financial accounting such as rent posting, delinquency, collections, month-end closing, etc. Must be a quick learner and a self-motivated positive team leader! Accounting knowledge a plus. Real Page a plus. NALP certification preferred. Thorough knowledge of Fair Housing Laws required. Knowledge of Microsoft Office required. High school diploma required, some college a plus. Must have reliable transportation, a valid driver's license and be able to read, write and speak English.
Job expectations include:
Management of site team in absence of manager.
Responsible for bookkeeping, leasing, marketing and maintaining positive resident relations of multi-family residential apartments.
Assisting with special projects or activities, including due diligence, property acquisition/disposition, serving on or participating in company-sponsored or sanctioned committees, organizations, functions, etc.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
