Your Role:
Directly interact with prospects over the phone and through email
Responsible for converting outbound and inbound sales calls to builder members
Develop, qualify leads and work with field Risk Management Specialists and Customer Service center to sign up and effectively onboard new builder members
Responsible for meeting and exceeding established goals.
Collaborate with other sales teams within the company to execute marketing campaigns
Document all activity within Salesforce
Lead management and daily lead follow up, develop business strategy to increase the daily call volume to meet and/or exceed daily, weekly and monthly call goals to achieve the sales goals,
Background Profile:
Bachelor's degree preferred, but will be overlooked for candidates that meet all other requirements and have a successful employment history
Proven track record of success in previous sales positions; at least 2 years
MUST be able to SELL!
Experience with both inbound and outbound sales calls
Previous experience searching for and calling upon leads
MUST have some cold calling experience
Excellent computer skills in Microsoft Office Suite
Prior experience with Salesforce or other CRM would be beneficial
Excellent telesales/ phone skills
Basic experience with real estate, home building or insurance would be ideal
Property and Casualty insurance license within 1 years of employment required
