The ideal individual would have 10
years of experience in the Project Management of multi-disciplinary project teams in the development, deployment and commissioning of a worldwide information technology network (SANS) to support global communications. Must have the abilities to direct the full life cycle of development of network infrastructure from antenna site selection, lease / purchase sale agreements, civil engineering, permitting / construction to overseeing colocation selections, technology assessments, deployments and data center security to maintain a world-class communications network.
The Project Manager will be responsible for assuring that the network is constructed and deployed in a manner that is consistent with bandwidth needs, client satisfaction and corporate guidelines. Overseeing all project teams, schedules, budgets, programmatic tools, reviews and controls to establish a new communications network from the ground up on a rapid time line throughout 100s of U.S cities.
Requires a Bachelors Degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Construction Management and/or related discipline.
Must have excellent written and verbal communications abilities. US Citizenship is required and abilities to pass governmental security clearance is necessary.
Candidates that have previously performed project management duties for national or worldwide communications network deployments will be given priority consideration. Position can be based in either Denver, Co and/or San Diego, CA.
