Position Available: Sales Manager
Position Description:
Hire, Train, and Coach new B2B field agents. Network with local employers (1-100 employees) to offer Family Heritage supplemental plans as a voluntary benefit for employees.
Low pressure, relationship-based sale.
Position Requirements:
Reliable Transportation, No felonies, Full time commitment.
Minimum 5 yrs outside sales experience. Track record of success in leadership.

Base
Commissions $80k-$150k first yr (dependant on experience)
