Denver Lending is looking for an Administrative Assistant.
Denver Lending is a leading residential mortgage lender in the Denver market. This position would be responsible for assisting the branch manager and other team members. The ideal person for this job would be driven to work for an established and entrepreneurial company. The perfect person for this job is adaptable to change and has the philosophy that no task is too big or too small. In this position there will be a ton of moving parts, and the ability to manage multiple tasks is required. You should be great with implementing new systems and have good attention to detail. You should be very comfortable on the phone. This position will entail assisting the team with 2 hours of out bound calls a day. You should also excel at making sure the I's are dotted and the T's are crossed, and should be very organized. You pick up things very quickly and you are great at a plethora of tasks. You have a positive attitude every day, and you love to make sure everything is taken care of and in good order.

Job Duties to Include.
-Outbound Calls
-Personal assistant to the branch manager. (These tasks could include anything that takes the branch manager away from building the branch.)
-Office management
-Assistance with recruiting and staffing
-Filing and mailing
-Mortgage Processor Assistant
-Mortgage Loan Originator Assistant
-Marketing assistant
-Answering phones.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
