We provide 75% of your leads, you are only responsible for generating 25% and closing sales.
Compensation:
Competitive Commissions - We offer the best commission plan, that we are aware of, in the industry

as your first-year earnings
Average commission is $1125 per job
To be considered:
You have had stable residential real estate, home improvement, or home inspection sales experience
Construction experience and knowledge is a definite plus
You have strong listening, follow up and closing skills
You MUST have transportation
You are well groomed - business casual working environment
You are a detail-oriented and focused team player
MOST IMPORTANTLY, you will have strong ethics and high integrity and be COMMITTED to ALWAYS putting the customer first

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
