Farmers now has three entry points to becoming a Farmers Agent:
Career Agent: As a Career Agent, you go on a path to agency ownership and Farmers provides significant financial assistance over a three year period while you are growing your client base and building residual income. Career agents receive extensive training, mentorship from our training staff and District Manager, and business development assistance.
Retail Agent: This is a wonderful opportunity for the experienced business professional who wants to use a turn-key system to build a successful Farmers agency. Farmers provides support in the form of office start up reimbursement, marketing reimbursement, and a lucrative bonus structure for 3 years that begins at an additional 30.45% on top of standard commission rates.
Agency Acquisition: Farmers has just recently made some exciting changes to our Acquisitions program! Now, agents who purchase service commission rights to a book of business with less than 1,000 policies in force receive lucrative monthly bonuses that are in addition to our standard commission rates.
