Campaign Manager / Program Manager

Position Description:
The Campaign Manager serves as a strategic primary business contact for key clients and is responsible for client satisfaction. The CM is expected to consistently provide excellent customer service to accounts, as well as represent client needs and goals within the organization to ensure quality. In addition, the CM will be expected to build as well as strengthen relationships with internal and external clients to encourage new and repeat business opportunities.
Responsibilities:
Responsible and assist with campaign communications, conflict resolution, and compliance on campaign deliverables and revenue.
Reviews all major deliverables to ensure quality standards and client expectations are met.
Ensures that campaign issues are dealt with in an efficient manner, informing the managing Director of any problems that may arise.
Works closely with the operations team in order to maintain a continuous working knowledge of current activity in order to identify potential issues and/or opportunities within or related to the client's business and campaigns.
Ensures that all processes and procedures are completed and quality standards are met.
Aware and in pursuit of opportunities for account growth and new business, involving the managing Director and other senior leadership
Communicates the client's goals and represent the client's interests to the sales organization.
Provides regular two-way communication between the client and field sales organization, to provide strong team representation and set proper client expectations.
Understanding of company capabilities and service, and effectively communicates all offerings to the client.
Reports to the managing Director, providing regular input on all account activity, including status and call reports on a weekly basis.
Requirements:
Proven account management skills required in order to create, maintain and enhance customer relationships
Minimum 3 years of campaign or sales program management experience
Extremely detail oriented
Technical competence (understand standard computer programs Excel, Word, Office etc)
Motivated, goal oriented, persistent and a skilled negotiator with great interpersonal skills
High level of initiative and work well in a team environment
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Ability to work well in stressful situations and handling deadline pressures
Plans and carries out responsibilities with minimal direction
De-regulated energy experience a plus, but not required
Undergraduate degree strongly recommendedEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
