- Expertise in Java/EE development (Java, JavaScript, Eclipse, JBoss or web logic)
- Good hands-on experience with GWT/GXT - google web toolkit
- Spring Framework (Spring MVC, Spring Security), CSS3/HTML5
- Experience in Agile methodology, applying test driven development
- RHEL experience (Linux system admin knowledge, networking, RPM package development) a plus
- Security knowledge (e.g. LDAP, SELinux) a plus
- Expertise in setting up continuous integration build environment.
