Today we are recruiting for a Licensed P & C Customer Service Representative and a Sales position with leads provided. Our client is located near Green Valley Ranch and Tower Road. This is a temp to hire opportunity and the starting salary will depend on experience. Below are some of the duties of the CSR.
Capture Daily Activity Reports for each carrier make notes to management system
Follow up with lenders for payments
Client calls
Scan mailed/faxed documents
Renewal Quotes
Run needed reports (MVRS & Clues)
Responsible for correspondence to new clients and renewals
Answer phones as needed
Maintain accurate files
Prepare proposals for sales producers
IOS Staffing requires our candidates to have dependable transportation, a valid phone number, stable work history with verifiable references. All of our companies require clean criminal backgrounds and the ability to pass a drug screen.
