We are looking for a Java/J2ee Architect who has 2-4 years in architecture of large and business critical systems to with work one of our major clients in Denver, CO for a 12
months assignment. Please go over the details below and let me know if you are available.
Minimum Requirements
o 2-4 years in architecture of large and business critical systems
o 6 - 8 years of experience in developing, deploying and administering Java applications using JAVA, Java EE
o 3 - 6 years of experience in Java/Java EE, with Spring and web services technologies (REST and SOAP)
o 3 - 5 years of strong experience with XSD, XML (SAX/DOM) and JSON
o 2 - 4 Years of experience in developing applications in Oracle PL/SQL
o 2 - 4 years of in depth knowledge of Unix environment that includes shell scripting
o Experience in configuring Application Server such as JBoss, WebLogic
o Experience in build systems such as Maven and Ant and Continuous Integration tools like Jenkins
o Experience in software debugging and performance tuning
o Knowledge in NoSQL Databases such as Cassandra, Couchbase is a plus
o Candidate must have experience in developing performance intensive, high availability application
o Strong skills in solving complex problems
o Works well in a team environment
o Excellent written and verbal communications skills
o Strict adherence to development standards
Preferred Requirements:
o Experience with working on High Speed Internet, telephone and video provisioning applications
Strong interpersonal skills; capable of writing recommendations and interacting with company personnel on complex topics.
o Experience working on high volume reconciliation application
o Demonstrated experience of participating on teams of technical experts in a diverse, fast-paced, 24 7 environments.
o Proven experience meeting large deliverables with fixed and aggressive deadlines.
Ability to present clear, concise reporting on concurrent projects and issues
Proven analytical and problem solving skills
Education Level: - Bachelors Degree or Equivalent
Field of Study: - Engineering, Computer Science
