Lead analytics delivery prioritize analyses, develop tactical approaches, and manage analyst work streams
Impact customer experience apply critical thinking and data analysis skills in using internal analytics to perform complex journey analytics and coach supporting analysts
Build client capabilities establish independent client user base via classroom training, focused mentoring, and ad hoc support
Drive platform design leverage business knowledge and client-specific use cases to provide requirements and feedback in the design and use of client data
Support product enhancement collaborate with technical teams to ensure optimal software performance and enhanced functionality
Requirements
============
Minimum 3-5 years of experience
Bachelors Degree minimum
Excellent communication, presentation, writing and interpersonal skills
Exceptional analytical critical thinking skills, including the ability to quickly assimilate new information
Experience in using analytics on a large dataset to solve business problems
Experience with Project Management practices
Prior experience with process decomposition and process improvements
Experience in customer experience analysis, including web analytics, customer segmentation analysis, contact center analysis, marketing analytics, etc.
Live classroom training/coaching a plus
Data modeling background a plus
Management Consulting background a plusEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
