Customer Service Representative - Insurance - $15 to $25 Hr

Independent Insurance Agency located conveniently off I-25 and Arapahoe Road, Denver CO requires a Commercial Lines insurance customer service representative for a busy office.
Full time position / Must have at least 3 years of current experience in commercial insurance.
Must hold a current State of Colorado insurance license in property-casualty. Life and A&H licensed is a plus.
Must have superior customer service skills.
Must have strong computer skills including proficiency with Applied (TAM) management system along with on line rating skill with Auto Owners Insurance, Allied Insurance, Hartford, Progressive, Travelers, Pinnacol Assurance, Liberty Mutual, BTIS, Builders Risk.com, and others.
Duties will include but are not limited to close customer contact for new business and renewals and interaction with our Underwriters. Preparation and processing insurance quotes and proposals, issuing certificates of insurance, auto Id cards, change requests, endorsement requests, answering the phones, handling mail.
Your must be a self starter and be able to work on your own.
Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
