Insurance Agency Office Manager
Our agency is looking for an office manager wanting to play a key role in our success and growth. Most qualified candidates will have exiting insurance agency responsibilities and experience with personal and commercial lines of insurance.
Primary responsibilities include, answering phones, supporting agency staff with customer service needs and communications. Other duties include processing accord application and certificate requests, policy change requests, online quoting, endorsements, billing and other service as needed. Prefer candidates with property and casualty, BOP, commercial auto, workers comp, general and contractor liability, and similar experience.
