Required
Experience in Property and Casualty Insurance agency
Computer Literacy and basic math skills
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Able to multitask in a fast paced environment
Willingness to obtain neccesary professional licenses
Ability to work independantly as well as a part of a small team in a fast paced enviroment
Highly Desired
Ideal applicant will be fully licensed in Property and Casualty and Life
Excellent Leadership skills with proven coaching and mentoring capabilities
