Position
Summary:
Our Sales / Business Development Professionals are responsible for collaborating with clients' strategic goals and initiatives and introducing and selling our entire line of products and services to help achieve those goals.
Frontier Business Products help you succeed by offering you a unique and proven selling process, training on our products and services and excellent support.
Essential Job Functions and Basic Duties:
Conduct direct business to business sales.
Identify prospective clients and obtain appointments to make presentation for the products and services offered by Frontier Business Products. Track potential and current clients. Monitor and follow up as needed.
Achieve/exceed sales objectives on a weekly and monthly basis
Develop relationships with prospects and current clients, including a clear and concise understanding of their business and technical requirements, and using this information to help position FBP offerings.
Provide product and services information and schedule demonstrations.
Work with co-workers to finalize the transaction.
Participates in sales meetings
Job Qualifications
Experience and Education:
Preferred: 1-2 years' sales experience in business to business
College degree in business or marketing preferred
Knowledge, Skills and Attributes
Language - Uses active listening skills, able to read, analyze, create and interpret general business documents. Speaks clearly and professionally. Able to write informative reports. Ability to express oneself clearly in conversations and interactions with others.
Computer - Ability to use, learn and become proficient at using multiple computer software and systems.
Data Entry - Ability to efficiently and accurately transfer data into the company's systems in accordance with established guideline.
Attention to Detail - The ability to see and pay attention to details; the ability to recognize the component parts of a procedure and to verify the correctness or error in the procedure.
Project Management - Anticipates and plans for all aspects of a multi-faceted, discrete endeavor to ensure resources are available and actions are taken at proper times for successful completion.
Time Management - Managing one's own time and meeting deadlines.
Teamwork - the ability to collaborate and cooperate to get the job done.
Thoroughness -Ensuring that one's own and others' work and information are complete and accurate; following up with others to ensure that agreements and commitments have been fulfilled.
Working Environment
Noise level is usually moderate.
Office, manufacturing and warehouse environments
Able to travel to and from clients' locations
Physical Requirements
Required to stand, walk and sit. Sedentary for large portions of some days.
Occasionally lifting up to 50 pounds
Ability to see details at close range.
Valid driver's license
