Implementation Specialist
ConSova is expanding its business and is actively looking for an entry level or experienced Implementation Specialist. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, have prior experience or knowledge in word processing, data manipulation, basic analytics, and DEV operations as well as capable of consistently meeting business goals.
Job Purpose: Perform various client project implementation tasks such as letter and form development, client website creation, as well as process incoming client census files to analyze and transform into a data set for importing into the DEV system. Perform ad-hoc analysis to support DEV operation inquiries and reporting needs.
Project Implementation
Perform a variety of project implementation tasks including:
? Client FTP Site setup
? Interpretation of client plan eligibility rules
? Communications package development
? Project collateral creation
? Website creation and maintenance
? Performs system configuration based on business requirements
? Track all implementation activity to ensure timeline compliance
Data Processing/Reporting
? Responsible for managing the receipt and organization of client data
? Responsible for reviewing client data for integrity, quality and applicability for the scope of work agreed upon with the client
? Responsible for maintenance and testing of all data import requirements and data sets
? Perform quality assurance analysis to verify the data set is complete and ensure the correct employees and their dependents are verified
? Responsible for understanding trending patterns in the data resulting in identification of integrity issues
? Within two business days from receipt, advise manager of any data issues or concerns. Provide detailed feedback to help resolve any missing or corrupt data elements
? Upon successful review and filtering of data set, generate a file in an agreed upon format and load into the DEV system for client set-up
? Provide fulfillment with the expected volume of communications for planning and executing the letter drop
? Perform basic data compilation and analyses for varying projects and reports
? Generate routine and ad hoc reports as needed for management and clients to make informed decisions
Knowledge/Skills
? Microsoft Word: working, functional knowledge of word processing and appropriate use of available formatting functions to generate professional documents
? Microsoft Excel: knowledge of data/format manipulation, formulas, pivot tables, etc.
? Ability to present complex information in an understandable and compelling manner
? Knowledge of data types and information used to execute DEV services
? Able to prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment
? Proven ability to maintain focus and work effectively with multiple demands
? Excellent analytical skills and time management skills
? Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
? Ability to work as part of a team to accomplish tasks
? Strong personal commitment to quality service

Qualifications:
? Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business, Computing, Mathematics, Statistics, or related fields required
? Human Resource and benefits administration background or experience preferred
? Previous implementation/data analysis experience preferredEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
