We are currently seeking - Mortgage Bankers
Area Manager - to develop and manage multiple branches
Branch Managers - Producing and Non Producing
Loan Officers / Mortgage Loan Originators / Sales Managers
We will also consider Loan Officers with track record of success for a Sales Manager role.
Branch Manager - Successfully manage a branch staff in all aspects of the mortgage process.
We are looking for the following skill sets:
o Uphold the highest levels of integrity with honesty in all actions and behaviors.
o Enthusiastic, self-motivated with demonstrated team leadership and management skills.
o A minimum of 3-5 years of recent mortgage lending experience.
o A minimum of 2 years of management experience within the mortgage industry.
o Extensive knowledge of current mortgage loan regulatory requirements, guidelines, and residential loan products.
o Proven track record in meeting sales quotas in the mortgage industry environment.
o Ability to establish and control branch budget, production and income goals within the company's guidelines.
o Excellent verbal and written communication, interpersonal and team building skills.
o Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office Suite
o NMLS licensing is required.
o Knowledge of Encompass is preferred.
o Experience with FHA, VA, Conventional, and Jumbo loans.
o Must have the ability to recruit and coach a group of licensed loan officers.
o Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience is preferred.
