State Insurance License in Life / Annuity sales. NON CAPTIVE
Hold a series 65, securities licensed as an IAR under a NON CAPTIVE RIA,

Position Requirements
Requirements:
o Expert knowledge of Life Insurance, Life and Annuity products and familiarity with Advanced Sales concepts
o Strong communication skills (verbal & written)
o Excellent presentation skills
o Must be able to apply sound discretion and judgment abilities.
o Strong listening skills required.
o Requires a demonstrated record of initiative, leadership, problem-solving and adaptability
o Excellent public speaking with the ability to plan, organize, develop and deliver effective presentations to a targeted audience
o 3
years of experience wholesaling financial products, alternative's / standard life, annuity products or
3
years of sales in Life Insurance, Annuity sales exceed 1m annually, Portfolio management of 5m minimum.
o Bachelor's degree or equivalent
