DialogueDirect is a face-to-face fundraising company, fundraising through canvassing campaigns, for some of the most renowned non-profit charities. By working with us, these charities are able to save on the cost of fundraising, allowing for more funds to go directly to the programs that desperately need them.
We are looking for hard-working individuals to join our fundraising team. We are a growing company, looking to explode in the coming months and we need the right individuals to grow with. We provide ongoing training throughout the program to take someone from entry level to leadership is as little at 4 weeks. If you can see the challenge of leadership as something you would like to tackle, then we are interested in hearing from you!
The Position
Having one on one conversation with everyday people about our charity partner's causes and efforts.
Bring new long term donors to these causes.
Meeting achievable performance targets.
Meeting at the office with fellow fundraisers to get properly updated on the charity and to hone the skills needed to take on leadership roles.

Travel to some of our other markets throughout the US

We are looking for
Passionate, fun-loving, growth-minded individuals with entrepreneurial drive and a willingness to succeed.
The ability to work within a team environment, while still able to meet individual targets
Someone who can be trusted with the growth and development of a team.
Applicants for this position
Must be 18 years old or older
Must be able to pass a background check
Must have work authorization to work in the US without sponsorship
Must live in the immediate Denver are or relocating in the immediate futureEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
