Sales Representative - Health and Fitness

Colorado Athletic Club (5 Denver locations) is hiring full time Membership Sales Representatives.
Downtown and South Denver Area
Hours: Full Time
Sales Representatives are responsible for:
Sell corporate & individual memberships to qualified prospects to meet or exceed personal monthly goals & team goals
Demonstrates an understanding of product knowledge including general exercise knowledge & equipment/programming availability
Develops & maintains a prospect lead generation system for corporate & individual members by telemarketing, outside cold calling, club guest passes, walk-ins & member referrals while maintaining a prospect lead follow-up system
Utilizes standardized sales techniques including greeting, interest, money, decision, presentation, closing & post sales skills

Successful sales reps have annual earnings potential $45K - $65k+.

Qualified applicants have:
High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelors Degree preferred).
Minimum of one year COMMISSION BASED GOAL ORIENTED sales experience including business to business sales and cold calling.
Health/Fitness industry experience & related health club familiarity is also preferred, but not required for success.
Additional Requirements:
SUCCESSFUL MEMBERSHIP REPS have a professional image, assertive & energetic personality with excellent verbal communication skills.
Our sales staff needs self-motivated, team players with a serious desire to sell while having fun.
Must be able to work a varied schedule to include weekends & evening hours.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
