years of experience as a property manager.
This position is responsible for updating and managing curriculum and providing basic to advanced-level training for initiatives and programs used within the company. This includes, but not limited to, Yardi, Yieldstar, OnSite, LeaseStar, Property Solutions Inc., Nexus, resident screening, renters insurance and other property management systems. The Operations Trainer will be responsible for tracking classes and attendance through the Learning Management System, and work closely with the Regional Trainers.
This position is also required to maintain, monitor and train Policies and Procedures, including policies that are related to accounting. The Operations Trainer will review and maintain forms on the company Intranet (Sharepoint) to ensure they are current and applicable to company policies.
This position requires 20% - 30% travel.
Essential Job Requirements
College degree preferred, but not required.
Position requires a minimum of 2 years on-site as a property manager.
Must have a minimum of 5 years using the Yardi software system.
Must have a solid understanding of the Yardi system, as well as strong communication and training skills.
Demonstrate ability to apply principles of logical thinking to define problems, collect pertinent data, establish facts, draw valid conclusions and initiate appropriate course of action.
Effectively convey ideas, images and goals to a diverse group of personalities.
Must possess a positive attitude and embrace the Mission Rock culture.
Achieve Fair Housing certification prior to interaction with prospects or residents.
Competence in personal computer skills, keyboard, internet search, math, Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, and Outlook as well as community software applications.
Knowledge of OSHA laws and regulations.
Participate in training in order to comply with new or existing laws.
Present self in a neat, clean and professional manner at all times throughout the workday and/or whenever present at the community, or when representing Mission Rock during industry related or company events.
Comply with expectations as demonstrated in the Team Member Handbook.
Successfully pass a drug test.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
