Reporting to the CEO, qualified candidates will have long standing relationships and contacts within large business in Colorado and preferably nationwide, including the ability to establish product contracts and build business revenue. We are seeking candidates that bring executive-level leadership abilities and the desire to build a highly effective sales/business development team.
The Vice President will drive the successful development of the customer service strategy, business planning, business growth, development of community partnerships/provider network, increasing residual revenue, budget control and maintain/grow existing relationships.
Must be a responsible, enthusiastic, self-starter with a strong entrepreneurial spirit. A true passion for health and wellness is required. Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision and have the strong ability to manage multiple projects, while maintaining a strong level of attention to detail and organisation. Must be highly motivated and driven.

Duties:
Develop and maintain customer relationships to meet and exceed sales goals
Respond to and manage client inquiries
o Conduct training for prospective and existing clients to ensure product utilization is maximized
o Address client's concerns proactively
o Continuously identify client's needs and new feature opportunities
Conducting face-to-face meetings with prospective customers to identify and qualify products/services needs.
Developing and managing new accounts (generated by you) while maintaining and sustaining successful long-term relationships with key decision makers up to and including the C level.
Meeting and exceeding sales goals while being responsible for overall account strategy development.
Negotiating price, selling to customer needs, managing processes, and developing budgets.
Ensuring successful delivery of revenue, GP and other financial targets specific to the assigned accounts.
Developing market and competitor knowledge.
Proactively execute customer touch point plan to identify new sales opportunities, provide customer service, and ensure account renewals
Conduct professional and informative sales presentations
Execute successful direct marketing campaigns such as cold calling, or email marketing
Report on personal sales performance via regular sales pipeline update calls to the owner
Maintain excellent product knowledge
Ensure accurate and complete lead, contact, and account information is captured in CRM
Proactively update, merge and clean owned data in CRM to ensure marketing-readiness
Participate in coaching sessions to find opportunities for improvement
A desire to wear multiple hats and to contribute to overall team success in any way possible

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
Sales track record of exceeding quotas and top 20% sales team performance
Knowledge of how start ups function and the ability to work within one.
Superior knowledge of sales and account acquisition techniques including cold-calling, prospecting, networking, and lead generation with proven ability to capture and close new opportunities.
Successful experience developing strong customer and vendor relationships.
Self Motivated, enthusiastic, goal-oriented, success driven, with a hunter mentality.
Demonstrated success and positive attitude towards cold calling campaigns
Cold Calling is essential to the success of the Candidate

Education/
Experience:
2-5 years prior sales experience, B2B
Performance at or above quota, top 20% of peer group
2-4 Experience in developing and managing relationships with brokers and distributor partners
A minimum of 4
years of field sales and account management in the food & beverage industry or health and wellness industry
Established sales and network a plus
Bachelors degree from an accredited college or university
Health conscious and knowledge about the health industry a plus
Knowledge of how a CRM functions

Compensation
The selected candidate will enjoy a base and commission compensation package that will be in the $200k
range, the opportunity to grow your own team and work with a very forward thinking organization.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
