As a Lead Generation Specialist at Community Systems your primary responsibilities are to generate leads via research, investigation, and prospecting in order to establish conversations with our product evangelists and director of strategic accounts.

Responsibilities:
Conduct high volume prospecting for qualified leads:
Daily activity of a minimum of 20 new calls / emails per day, servicing leads from our CRM and marketing automation system
3 completed New Business Meetings per week
Work closely and collaboratively with an assigned manager to develop and implement appropriate prospect communication plans
Work internally with sales management and marketing to ensure proper quality and quantity of demonstrations
Schedule online product demonstrations for an assigned Sales Representative
Conduct needs assessments calls with specific prospects as assigned
Prepare and deliver face-to-face or phone sales presentations utilizing company approved material
Follow company provided sales processes and procedures
Provide clients with estimates of the costs of advertising products or services
Attend weekly Sales and Marketing Meeting and Weekly Pipeline Review Meeting
Keeps informed of new products, services and other general information of interest to clients

Qualifications:
Previous successful sales experience OR a strong interest in a selling role
The ability and desire to work in a fast-paced challenging environment
The desire to meet and exceed measurable performance goals
The technical aptitude to master our CRM and lead intelligence tools
A developed competitive nature
A highly self-driven sense of motivation
The ability to deal with objections
A fanatical attention to detail

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
